Grofood vending machine located in colleges provides students with basic grocery food, helping them get their food at lower prices without having them to spend time doing grocery shopping. The function of this machine is based on gathering information and using it to meet the demand of the user.

User Persona was made to represent the target audience that would use Grofood Vending Machine as well as their needs, frustrations, and behavior.

The physical design was created to show how Grofood would look in the real-world setting (in this case a college campus).

System Diagrams

System diagrams (in particular a concept map, stock and flow diagram, information model and customer journey map) were developed to show a visual model of Grofood Vending Machine, its components, and their interactions capturing all the essential information of this vending machine.
